On The Menu

What was for dinner last night?



Pear Pizza!

Using my pizza dough from the gourmet store, I spread garlic and chive goat cheese across half baked warm dough that immediately turned into a sauce. Then I put peel sliced Bosc pears, red onions, pine nuts, smoked sea salt and mozzarella cheese on top.



Yum! I had two pieces and the hubby had the rest. I guess he liked it.

"My" bar serves a Bleu Pear pizza--cracker thin with pears, blue cheese, and pine nuts. It is sooo good.
