We love nuts. My husband actually thinks there should be a nut shaker on the table. We like all kinds of nuts, except for hazelnuts. Not a big fan there.

I used to consider nuts a special treat, kind of naughty. But you know what, they aren't that bad for you in moderation. They are full of good stuff, like fiber and are actually recommended as a cholesterol treatment, or at least to be included in your diet to reduce cholesterol - especially walnuts.

So go eat some nuts, you bunch of nuts.
