What's for dinner?

Fish, tilapia to be exact.

Simple, easy and fast. Just the way I like it.

I melted 1/2 stick a butter, added teaspoons of mustard, chili sauce and hoisin sauce and finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Once completely melted and merged, I added the seasoned tilipia filets, turned them in the sauce, put a lid on and sauteed/steamed for about 5 minutes - turning once.

Voila!

Looks yummy-and so simple! Keith likes baked fish, and that is fine. I just never know how to season it. He does not like lemon so I feel at a loss.
The pasta salad looks refreshing too! I always kick myself for not making more fresh pasta salads. I love them. Can't wait for the tomatoes to ripen!...and the brussle sprouts and cabbage...lol!
