That is pretty much the sounds coming from the two of us as we devoured lunch today. I made flatbread with bacon jam, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, fresh cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and some drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Yes, it was that good.
I smeared the goat cheese on the warm flatbreads so it made a nice saucey texture, then topped with the bacon jam, peppers and fresh tomatoes. After baking I sprinkled freshly chopped basil and drizzled balsamic vinegar. Oh, oh, oh.
This will be a repeater for sure.
