Dinner Party Time

I always think I am going to have these more often, but they seem to only come around once, maybe twice a year. Why? I have no clue. Time, I suppose.

I like to take advantage of these events to challenge my culinary norms and try new things. This weekend is no different.

The menu (as of now):
Springria (my own creation)

Trio of Appetizers: Bacon Wrapped Chorizo Stuffed Dates, BBQ Shrimp & Cheese Grits spoons, & Pancetta Wrapped Peaches w/Balsamic Glaze

Avocado Pineapple Salad

Asian Glazed Braised Short Ribs
Prosciutto Mashed Potatoes
Grilled Asparagus
Golden Yeast Rolls

Chocolate Tuxedo Cake
