I am on day 8 of not having any sugar in my diet. Let me clarify, I'm not eating any sweets, candy, desserts, etc. and no sugar in my coffee or tea. I realize sugar is also present in white bread, etc., but this is my experiment in discovering just how much sugar I do consume and how I feel without it.

So far? Pretty good. It was much easier than I thought and now has become a challenge of sorts to see how long I can go.

Plus, besides feeling a little better, my clothes are a little looser. Bonus. I'm not getting on scales or reaching for a particular number. Just trying to do a little better, since they haven't discovered a magic pill or foods that burn fat.
