When I graduated from high school, the invitations were set in stone. You ordered them from the school, there was one style and one style only.
Now it is different. The graduation announcements are like wedding invitations, party invitations, and so on.
And you don't have to order them from the school.
Do I want to go back and do it over?
No. That was a firm no.

Same for class rings. One flyer handed out, you picked your stone, and a style from abut 3 choices, and the class-ring company did the rest.
