My mother always says “it takes all kinds of people to make up this world – if we were all the same, wouldn’t it be boring?”
I don’t think it would be boring, but sometimes I think it would be nice of people were more alike, than different. Specifically, people in customer service roles. I often wonder what type of pre-employment screening happens, if any.
Just venting.
