There is an old joke about a law firm by the name of "We, Cheatem & How, which is funny. But in a small town in Indiana I have seen a law firm with the name "Craig, Kelly & Faultless". That always makes me smile when I drive by.
It does seem like the personal injury law business has went haywire. Every other commercial on television is for crash-cash, accident injury, or some medical malpractice firm focusing on drugs for arthritis or diseases, like mesothelioma.
If indeed this swine flu turns into a full blown pandemic in the fall - god help us from the lawyers.
