Frozen Delicacies

I've been on an ice cream kick. The Salted Butter Caramel spiraled me into a creamy frozen wonderland.


This weekend I made two: Mocha Sherbet and Roasted Banana Pistachio Ice Cream.




Now I am contemplating Malted Milk Ice Cream or "Hot" Chocolate Ice Cream.

Thoughts?

Could you make "Scotch" ice cream? Or maybe "Screwdriver" or "Frozen Mango daiquiri" ?

I am noticing a trend here. Unfortunately the more alcohol you add to a frozen dessert, the less it will freeze.
