What do you call the two legged garment you wear on the bottom half of your body?
We call them pants or britches, and spell them that way too.
“You put on your britches so we can go to town”.
So then, what exactly is breeches and are they really pronounced like a break in a contract?
It is no wonder people coming to this country have a problem learning English.
