I've blogged many times about my favorite restaurant, Mojitos and their wonderful culinary delights.

It has become my personal mission to duplicate as much as I can in my own kitchen. Wish me well.

The latest attempt was Spanish meatballs or albondigas. Seasoned meat and the sauce, so simple but so good.
We licked the plate if you wonder how it went.
