I don't worry about people breaking into my house. Maybe I should, at least more than I do.
My husband worries, but then his house was broken into when he was a teenager and still lived with his parents. I am sure it is horrible feeling and it certainly has affected his behavior. There have been times I've went outside to work in the yard only to find the door locked when I try to go back inside. It used to frustrate me a lot, but I understand.
We padlock our fence gate, but that is more for dog protection. When our dogs are outside, I don't want just any neighborhood kid, electric meter guy or nosy neighbor opening our gates and potentially leaving them open for our dogs to get out.
Besides, they are our built-in burglar alarm.
Do you worry about such things?

Yes, We do however, Cody worries more than I do. Bella would just stay in bed if someone came in (Like she does to us). However, Cody bought an ADT sign from eBay and we have a old lady across the street that tells me when true green stops by every time.
Some. I lock the girls and I in the house all the time. Keith is just the opposite, he will leave his keys in the truck half the time. Guess it's 'cause I am the one home alone, not him.
