Run Baby Run

For those of you who live outside the Bluegrass Region, yesterday was this little race called The Kentucky Derby - maybe you've heard of it. For the past two weeks, this town turns into its own little mardi gras, complete with parades, steamboat races, celebrities, and horse racing.


I like to place a bet on a long shot for the race. It is all part of that "little guy makes it big" dream we all have.

Well a long shot won. Not my long shot have you, but a 50-1 odds winner paid off big. Congratulations to all those lucky ticket holders that made $2.00 turn into $100.00. Or even better, a $2.00 trifecta ticket paid over $2,000.00.
