I am in full out party planning mode. I am hosting a four course dinner party in a few weeks for a few of my most enjoyable friends - 10 to be exact.
Here are a few items I am considering for the menu:
Pineapple Basil Bites
Lobster & Corn Chowder
Goat Cheese, Fig and Marsala Stuffed Chicken Breast
Fontina Chive Risotto Cakes
And dessert? I'll give you a hint...it requires a torch.
