Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 lbs of chicken meat, cooked, then pulsed it a few times in a food processor to break it up without pureeing it
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
½ cup buffalo sauce, mild (kick it up if you are daring)

Combine and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers and/or celery.
My hubby is a big Buffalo Chicken fan so this was a hit.
