Have you ever considered opening a home based business? I was amazed at how little cash it actually takes to buy franchise opportunities. Granted you have many more expenses beyond that – but an espresso shop for $35,000? Snappy Tomato Pizza for $50,000? Salad Master for $20,000?

Hmmm. Might be a good retirement venture.
