Flavor Roulette

So last week I shared my devotion to David Lebovitz and his sheer genius.

The week before we experimented with vinegar and strawberries.

This past weekend I made my husband his favorite flavor - Bananas Foster Ice Cream.

What flavor should I make this weekend?

I am perusing The Perfect Scoop by my new hero (David Lebovitz) and these are the possibilities:
  • Butterscotch Pecan Ice Cream

  • Date, Rum and Pecan Ice Cream

  • Pear Caramel Ice Cream

  • Peach Ice Cream

  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

I could go on forever, but let's cut it off here. You tell me what I should make and I will make it and blog about it. I'll even share it with you if you wanna come over.

I vote for Chocolate peanut butter - anything with chocolate always gets my vote.

Just reading your list reminded me of Rum Raisin ice cream when I was a kid - my Mom's fav - God! I hated that stuff - but it was ice cream, sometimes beggars can't be choosers.

I have a twin cuisinart maker. I used to use the salt/ice electric machine but once I purchased this about five years ago, I can't imagine going back to that.

How does the Kitchen Aid one work? And I am not surprised about the orange.

I vote for Butterscotch Pecan. You might have to make a different one each week since it seems we've all voted for a different flavor.

As usual, you are really killing me here. I can't believe you are making ice cream now. Are there any homes for sale right next door to yours?

There is a house two doors down. Big brick house with huge backyard.
