David Lebovitz is a genius.

My favorite flavor would have to be caramel. Whether it be cheesecake, candy bars or ice cream I will always choose dulce de leche or toffee - anything in that family of goodness.


So when I found Salted Butter Caramel Ice Cream - I swooned, literally.


And that was before I tasted it.


The richness, buttery goodness with crunchy pieces of homemade praline leaving behind that hint of sea salt. Nirvana.


It really is that good.
