Does This Mean We're Thankless?

I don't think so.

A big deal is made every year when Google doesn't recognize Memorial Day on its home page by morphing the logo like so many other holidays.

Some people consider it as "a thankless child, disrespecting his parents amid the trappings of a holiday gift orgy they provided".

And them immediately referring to it being "founded in part by Russian-born immigrant Sergey Brin, is well-known for its financial support of leftist politicians" as though it is intentionally anti-American.

What is your opinion?

I did not realize they skipped Memorial Day. I guess I don't even turn on my computer on that day because we're usually traveling.
Interesting.
