This is my first season of watching Top Chef and I do believe it was a post on your blog that brought it to my attention. It's a lot of fun to watch!
To me, it seems like Richard and Dale have the most sophisticated palate and do a good job with their flavor profiles. Dale and his anger issues bother me and for that reason along I don't want him to win (or ever date a woman).
I want a women to win but if I were betting I'd say Richard will win. We need more women chefs!
