Another One Bites The Dust....Or The Breadcrumbs

Top Chef spoiler ahead - fair warning.

Sooooooo.....how many people out there would make blinis 4-5 hours ahead of time and be surprised that they were mushy at the point of serving?

I've not been to culinary school and I know you can't serve a pancake 4 hours after cooking it and expect it to be good.
And we're not evening talking about how disgusting a black olive blini sounds in the first place.

She's out of here. Next?

i thought the mushroom caps with blueberries was pretty disgusting, too.

we need more anthony bourdain and rocco don't you think?

Me too, but then I think mushrooms taste like dirt to begin with so I am not a good judge on that.
