She picks a theme and you make a dish and drink to "virtually" bring to the party.
This month it was all about "Veggies" since it is the first of the year and we are all trying to be healthier. I've never participated before but thought what the heck.
So my entry into this little soiree was in fact two dishes and a drink.
The Sweet Potato Hummus and French Onion Tart accompanied by a creation I like to call Sangria Fizz.
The drink was created with pineapple, peaches and kiwi cut up and soaked in pineapple rum for 24 hours. A couple tablespoons of the fruit and rum in the bottom of a glass, a couple ounces of orange juice and then top it off with spumante or champagne, whatever is in the fridge.
Cheers!

Hello, I found your blog via Stephanie's Veggie Friendly Blog Party. I really like your French Onion Tart. It's a great idea to caramelize the onions with honey, yum!
Your "Bachelor's Guide to Food" is a hoot!
Thanks. It was yummy.
