We received an offer and signed a contract on Wednesday, May 16th to sell our house.
We are closing Monday, May 21st.

Congrats!!! In this market, I know getting rid of a house is a challenge. Just ask Allygator. :(
My "new" secret (cupcakes didn't work - the people that bought this house was the only couple I didn't make cupcakes for) -

I did this four years ago when I sold my rental house too and it worked. I had just forgot about it or I would have used it sooner.
