I have decided to make a change. One I need to do for a variety of reasons, but the top one being so that I will feel better. The hubs and I have had this discussion numerous times and he is able to do better with subtle life changes, i.e. water instead of soda, walking the dogs more, etc.
Me? I need a plan. I need a major life altering, schedule changing plan.
Don't get me wrong, I won't be doing anything too drastic. No marathon training, no Jenny Craig, no adapexin-p, MRC or R2D2.
But it needs to be something that shakes up my routine and motivates me for permanent change. Wish me luck.
