It's Soup Time!

I love winter for one reason, and one reason only. I love soups. I love the warmth they provide. I love the smell in the house. I love the convenience of throwing them in the crock pot and going to work.

This week alone we had chili and potato soup. Next week, bean soup is on the menu.

How bad could any soup be when it starts with bacon? Seriously - I need to create a bacon soup.

Topped with cheese and crispy bacon, potato soup is so wonderful. And easy.
