Why do we only eat them over the holidays?
For Thanksgiving I made a wonderful cranberry relish with fresh cranberries, orange juice and sugar. It is so simple and so good. After I chilled it, I poured it over cream cheese and sprinkled it with toasted pecans. Then served with crackers for an appetizer. What a hit.
I think I might do that again, just for me.
