How stressed are you?

I read an article recently on stress and hair loss. Hmmm. I am fortunate to not have a problem with hair loss, but it makes you realize the impact stress has on our lives and our health.

So what to do about it? We need to find our own personal ways of letting things go. Easier said than done, but I think in the end we would benefit from releasing the pressure and stress on our minds and bodies.

I find running 10 miles helps relive stress.
