Touch of the Caribbean
To go with our new passion of fried plantains and guacamole, I made Tropical Tacos. Marinated chicken in soy sauce, pineapple juice and ginger then sauteed it. With fresh green onions and grilled pinneapple served up in wonton shells - success! The only hassle is trying to fry the wonton shells in the shape of a taco.
