What an American thing to do? Steal a lesser holiday from Mexico and make it all about food and alcohol.
Count me in! Tonight we'll dine on homemade guacamole and chicken quesadillas...and of course margaritas.
I had planned to make some Margarita Cupcakes to take to work today. My husband asked me last week if I could make him something to take to a Cinco de Mayo feast they were having at work.
So...what the heck. I made 4 dozen cupcakes last night.
