Grillin' It

I kicked on the grill this weekend. Two full tanks of propane to carry us through the summer.

First up, New York Strip Steaks with caramelized onions and grilled asparagus, with a side salad of butter lettuce, watermelon, goat cheese and walnuts complete with a honey balsamic reduction.

I ground black peppercorns and smoked sea salt in my mortar and pestle to crust the steaks with. I feel so bohemian when I use that thing [grunt grunt].
