Feeling My Age

It seems over the past month or so I have noticed that when I get up from sitting for any period of time, my left hip hurts. I walk a little stiff until it loosens up.

I feel like my grandpa shuffling down the hallway crooked with my hand on my hip, and I probably look him too.

My mother has rheumatoid arthritis so I've known for sometime that joint pain is probably in my future. That stuff is hereditary and I seem to have the same allergies she has and many physical characteristics, so I won't be surprised.

Still sucks.
