Road Trip!

Three friends (and co-workers) and myself are off on a road trip this Friday. We are all off work due to the Good Friday holiday (hey there are benefits to working for a church).

So we are heading to Cincinnati to IKEA! Two of the three have never been so it is exciting to go with fresh eyes again. Plus - hello? it's me - I love Ikea and I love to shop.

We are meeting at our house to travel northeast so I plan to have road breakfast food ready for the trip, plus fresh coffee.

What's on the menu? Cheesy Bacon Bites and Cinnamon Rolls!
