Workin' It

Who needs to join a gym or run three miles on a treadmill? We have found the best fat burner exercise....shoveling snow.

It gives you a good upper body workout and cardiac aerobic fat burning benefits. Of course that is before the hot chocolate reward afterwards.

However, I do not want snow on a regular basis (god no), so forget I said anything.
