When isn't it party time?
I am contemplating another dinner party. This time with Valentine's Day in mind.
Really all this is just to have an excuse to make Mini Baked Alaskas. Homemade chocolate cake as a base with decadent vanilla ice cream covered in fresh meringue and served with raspberry sauce and chocolate Merlot sauce. Hmm...
What else can I make to complete a cupid themed meal for 8 or 10?
Oysters are not an option.

What about bacon wrapped filet mignon, chicken breast neptune, Coquilles St.-Jacques or even a simple seafood alfredo?
BTW, I meant ONE of the above, not all :)
