Yes, I'm Talking About It Again

I was home sick today and watching daytime television between naps. One of the lame talk shows (honestly can't remember which one) was discussing specific exercises to do to lose belly fat.

Okay, not to be critical, but specific exercises tones muscles - doesn't lose fat. Am I right? If you have extra belly fat and do those specific exercises - aren't you going to tighten the muscles behind fat, but still have fat?

Maybe I am wrong - but it seems more like cardio exercises and dieting needs to take place before specific targeted exercises.

Just sayin'.
