Fasting

My doctor made the comment to me the other day that many of her family members practice alternative health and do periodic colon cleansing. Her observation is that if she is going to go through all that (colon prep), someone darn well better be scanning her colon.

In her mind, the prep is worse than the actual colonoscopy. I don't know, I haven't have one.

But it made me think of fasting (for some reason) and then I saw this product, Fastin and the mind remembered all that (funny how the mind works) and my observation is "that is not a good selling name".

No one wants to starve and fasting insinuates starving.

My two cents for what's worth.
