Remember when I said I believed Mucinex D was actually diet pills?

Well, even now after not taking it for over a week, I am still having difficulty tasting anything. My mind wants great food and I am hungry – I just can’t taste it unless it is an extreme flavor – salty, sour or sweet.

I feel like I did after surgery when the anesthesia messed with my taste buds – everything tasted like it had a box of salt on it.
