It is in stone.

The menu is finalized (better be cause I am not going back to the store). I have cleaned all day and will cook all day tomorrow.

I love throwing parties and entertaining our friends. So much so that you'd think I would do this more often.

Right now, I can tell you why I don't.

The menu:

Appetizers:

Parmesan Prosciutto Spirals
Chile Rubbed Shrimp with Avocado Corn Cocktail
Pineapple Basil Bites

Salad:

Mesclun greens (from my own garden) with chopped figs, almonds, kalamata olives served in a Parmesan basket with a simple vinaigrette.

Main Course:

Chorizo, Lemon and Spinach Stuffed Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Pancetta Bacon
Ricotta Roasted Roma Tomatoes
Spring Vegetable Bundles
Yeast Rolls
Basil & Garlic Compound Butter (I used the butter molds Jen sent me).

Dessert:

Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee

I promise I will take pictures.

Wow! Sounds fabulous. I'd like that shrimp recipe if it is not too much trouble. I bought several 1 lb bags of raw shrimp when they where on sale for $3.99 - so I need recipes.

You have very lucky dinner guests :)
