What time is it? It's pizza time!

I love when the weather gets warm. The deck chairs (even if they are mismatched) call my name and remind me to bring that glass of wine or lemonade out to enjoy the warmth of the sun while resting in their cushions.


The grill starts making whining noises that indicates it is time to fire it up and bring out the dough - pizza dough that is.


We love grilled pizza. It is such an entirely different dish when done over flames. Make your dough or buy it ready to go from your favorite pizzeria. Then add your favorite toppings or completely new ones - like we did.



Fresh asparagus, red onions, and crispy Yukon gold potato slices over a bed of Italian cheeses which adorned a pesto sauce. Very, very good.
