I made the Lemon Pasta dish without mushrooms and it turned out really good.
This is a lot like what we call "Chicken Pasta Toss" in our house. Grilled Chicken tossed with whatever shape pasta is available and whatever vegetables are in the house. The sauce is either alfredo, olive oil, pesto -- again whatever is in the house.

The difference here is I've never used lemon as a flavor in it - and it was good. I added some fresh lemon peel, lemon pepper and fresh lemon juice with a little olive oil. Very spring-like.
