Don’t worry, we aren’t moving. But I have a friend who is and in discussions with her I was reminded at how expense moving companies can be.
Our secret of course was my mother – the professional packer. If you can pack yourself, you save thousands of dollars. However, there is an art to packing.
The secret - stuff the boxes full. This goes against everything I would have thought. But if the box is full, stuff doesn’t move around. If it doesn’t move around, it doesn’t break.
