Curiosity has gotten the best of us. We are getting a doggy DNA test on Cady to find out what breeds she represents.
We ordered the test kit from Canine Heritage. You simply roll the brush swab inside her gums like you are brushing the inside of her jaw. Then you mail it back in and 4-6 weeks later....results.
We are excited to find out and want to share our excitement with you. Make a guess of at least one of the breeds Cady represents and we'll draw a winner from all the correct suggestions.
What will you win? I haven't figured that out yet. I think it'll be tailored to the winner and what I might know about them.

I say she is a sable border collie - check google for pics - they look just like her.
Hmmm...there is one I hadn't thought of yet. We'll see.
oh i am so very bad at this....and i hate to be a copycat but i too think she looks like shes got some collie in her.
I did look up the sable border collie and let's just say, we hope not. Though they are beautiful, they are very, very active. And we are not.
I know zip about dogs but that cute tale curl has always reminded me of a Chow (bad experience). It appears she has a much better temperment though. Cady is beautiful!
