What's On The Menu?

So what are you planning for Thanksgiving? Are you cooking? Are you hosting? What is on the menu? Traditional, vegetarian, Chinese?

Share my peeps.
I'm not just curious, I need inspiration.

No turkey here, Thanksgiving is all about sea bass!

Traditional @ mom's house. Turkey, oyster stuffing, gravey, beans, pumpkin pie, cranberry jelly. But it will be a small affair, only the immediate family.

fmm: that is original

mistylea: I think I'm going fairly traditional with a few new dishes added. I'll post a complete menu closer to.

well, we don't actually 'do' Thanksgiving dinner. When I met Matt, he had been doing this wonderful thing called Two Days After Thanksgiing Dinner; a large, themed meal for friends who were back from holiday traveling or still in town for same reasons. He doesn't care for turkey, and well...I haven't eaten in well over a decade, so it worked for us.
So, we have Wed-Sat to clean & cook, and we have a fantastic party. Since we resurrected it here in TN (having a baby & renovating will throw off any schedule), we've done Caribbean food, really elegant stuff last year for Matt's 40th birthday, and this year? Well, I guess you'll have to wait till next weekend to find out!
