So Sad

I went to work this morning only to discover a colleague and friend had died unexpectedly yesterday.

He was only 42 years old with no known medical condition.

This is so sad and so surreal. We work together daily - he was in my office every day last week. His office is two doors down from mine. How can this be?

Friends, we can't take every day for granted. It is not a given that we get to experience each sunrise.
