Basically because I am a wee bit tipsy, but also because I want acknowledge all those who went out today and voted. Some had to wait for hours, some had to stand in the rain, and some had to juggle their day's schedule to make it happen - kudos to you for making the effort.
We are sitting here tonight watching the television reports, monitoring the web reports and drinking margaritas. Well, I am drinking margaritas. He had two sips and gave me his (he isn't much on sour drinks). So yes I have finished off the small pitcher we made to enjoy with fajitas and politics.
The fajitas were great by the way. I don't make them as often as I should.
