She is a mix - definitely some American Eskimo in there, but we're not sure what else. Some say Corgi - maybe?
We are taking Shelby to meet her today to see how they get a long. She is getting fixed Monday and if all goes well, we will bring her home with us next Friday.
Names. We need help with a name. Her name is Sadie. Not a bad name, but it is my ex-mother-in-law's name and I am not going there, each and every day.
So we want a name that sounds similar so we aren't totally confusing her. Help!

How about "Lady". Its close to her current name. I am just helping...I would say Bella but its already taken. :)

We thought of that too. Right now we are leaning towards Cady. We spent an hour with her this evening and she is just "darling" to quote David. He actually said that.
Awwww! She is darling! I was going to suggest Katie or maybe Sasha?
Too bad Sadie is your ex-MIL's name. It would have been a cute name for her.
