Stephanie over at Dispensing Happiness is at it again. This month's blog party is all ghoulish. We are supposed to play mad scientist and create food "body parts".
So I made White Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle Eyeballs.

They are really good and gross.

Easy to make. Peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla - mix until smooth. Make into balls. Refrigerate. Melt white chocolate. Dip almost all the way. Insert mini chocolate chip in top and I used the edible food markers to make the "bloodshot" look. I figure they must have gotten into the martinis.

Also in the Halloween theme, but not exactly blood and guts, I made Candy Corn Fudge.
These are very, very sweet. So I cut them small.

To top these off I would have a nice tart "blood" red pomegranate martini. However, I am having a CT Scan tomorrow so I couldn' t partake tonight. But no worries, I will tomorrow night.

Oh wow - I thought the eyes were boiled eggs at first - very cool!
Hope all goes well with your CT.
Those eyes are tres creepy. Maybe I'll take some to work on Halloween.
But they are super easy to make and totally delicious. Better than a Reeses.
