This post isn’t about music, but as I peruse the multitude of gaming options my mind immediately reverts back to when we bought albums and then the big new thing was cassette tapes. Tapes were cool, small, portable and would last forever. Never mind that the sound quality was much worse than albums.
And then came CDs. Somewhere in there were 8 Tracks but my mind refuses to let me figure out where.
It is the same with gaming. First there was Atari – oooooh Atari! Then after several versions of that came Nintendo – the first.
Now where are we? Nintendo Wii, PS3, Game Cube - is there even Game Boys still?
I feel old.
