And the best thing?
No squash and zucchini this week.
It isn't that I don't like them, but it gets old fast.
This week's produce basket contained: new red potatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, sweet corn, cantaloupe, cabbage, green beans, banana peppers, broccoli, and peaches.

I make this dish with red potatoes - Herbed spuds....what you want the recipe? Ok sure!
Wash and cut reds in half....boil them till done.
Add like half a pound of butta.
Then a huge amount of chopped garlic and then large amounts of chopped herbs (parsley, chives, cilantro whatever).
Salt & pepper and then mix in pot till the taters kinda mash a bit.
Serve and eat - oh and these fry up nice the next morning too (due to all the butta :))
